在 PPT快捷键大全 中，在大纲中上移幻灯片对应的快捷键为 Alt + Shift + ↑（Windows/Linux）或 ⌥ + Shift + ↑（Mac）。
如需自定义，可在 Window → Preferences → General → Keys 中搜索并修改对应快捷键。
